Santiago Avendaño, married with triplets, came to Caceres from Paris to buy a building and set up a lovely hotel, La Boheme, which enjoys outstanding reviews on the main accommodation platforms. I met him thanks to the initial location of my gallery, ARTsolutely, right in front of his hotel. To this interesting personal resume we still need to add a couple of facts: 1) that Santiago is an excellent guy, one of those that makes you think “if everyone were like him, how easy everything would be, there would be neither wars nor corruption, he is a fair guy, brave and always in good spirits”; and second and very exciting, he has just published a book Yaguaramas, based in a real and familiar fact and the Spanish colonies.
