Unless you have a clear preference for one type of paper or the other, and depending on the lighting conditions, I suggest you select my recommendation for the paper.

I insure the artworks for delivery, and to date, there has no been any incident during transportation.

The artworks are packed up carefully to prevent any damage, following the best recommendations in the art market sector. If the artwork is too big or delicate, in addition I contract professional wrapping. Big frame artworks travel in a custom wood box.

If you are buying an unframed artwork, to frame it once you receive it, my recommendation is that you unpack it at the framing store, to prevent damages. Prints are very delicate. 

When you receive your artwork printed on museum-quality paper, you will probably think that it’s more spectacular than its digital version.

There is a widespread belief that just by keeping your screen calibrated your print should look the same as the picture on the computer. The screen indeed needs to be perfectly calibrated to edit and print, but the soft and hard copies will be always different because they are on different media, they have different properties and they transmit the light differently.

The appearance, colors, contrast, the depth of the blacks… will be change depending on the type and model of paper (matte or satin, baryta, platinum, edition…).

Some colors might mitigate while others might become more apparent. What is important is that the artist amends the digital image to achieve the appearance that he wants of the artwork printed on the selected paper.

You can pay by card, by bank transfer or by Paypal, whatever suits you better. 

I do not keep any bank detail from my customers.

Once you add your artwork to the chart, you will be able to access to the check out page, and once you introduce your shipping address, the delivery cost will be shown. You will be able to cancel your purchase during these steps.

I work with MailBoxes. They offer professional service to wrap the artworks, and they insure them also. Depending on where the artwork is sent, Mailboxes selects FedEx, UPS, TNT, or other major delivery companies. They select the best company for each location to keep the shipping costs low, and the speed and reliability high.

Please contact me as soon as possible. If the artwork has not been printed yet, a 100% return will be applied.

Given that the artwork is produced under demand, and due to the custom finishes of the limited editions (hand-signed, hand-numbered, etc.), it is not possible to offer a full return policy. But if you wish to return your artwork once produced, you will only be charged with the production costs. Prints are very delicate and I will destroy any return artwork to make sure quality that the impeccable quality of the artworks is uncompromised.
